What it is for.
The DEYE SUN-30K-G04 is a powerful three-phase grid-tied inverter designed for commercial PV plants. It has 2 independent MPPT trackers and a total of 6 PV strings (3 strings per tracker), so it can handle more complex panel layouts on surfaces facing different directions.
Maximum output power reaches 30 kW and maximum DC input power is 39 kW, which allows significant oversizing of the PV array to maximise annual yield. The MPPT 200–850 V operating range and high maximum efficiency of 98.6% ensure strong performance across a wide range of operating conditions.
The inverter supports zero-export applications and VSG (Virtual Synchronous Generator) for grid stabilisation, and also offers smart string monitoring (optional) and an Anti-PID function. Integrated Type II SPD on both the DC and AC side protects the unit against overvoltage.
Communication with the SOLARMAN monitoring platform is possible via RS-485, RS-232 and Wi-Fi. Through the cloud, the inverter can be diagnosed remotely, have its firmware updated or be shut down safely in the event of an accident – which makes running and servicing the PV system much easier.
The rugged IP65-rated design and an operating temperature range of −25 °C to +65 °C allow trouble-free outdoor installation. A battery cannot be connected to this inverter.
The standard manufacturer's warranty is 5 years; it comes in a wall-mounted version with an LCD display and MC4 connectors for easy wiring.
