We use personal data only to handle your inquiry and order. The website uses no advertising or analytics tools and stores no cookies. This translation is for information only; the Czech version is binding.

What data we process
- From the inquiry form: name, e-mail, phone (optional), the text of the inquiry, the time it was sent and the IP address it was sent from (used to protect the form against misuse).
- From e-mail and telephone communication: information you give us yourself.
- When you order: billing and delivery details, details of the batteries supplied (serial numbers) for warranty and service.
The BAKOM BMS app and the BAKOM Cloud portal have their own privacy policies — you will find them in the app and at cloud.bakom.cloud/zasady.

We do not use the data to send advertising, and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
Who has access to the data
We process the data ourselves, on our own servers in the Czech Republic. They may also be processed by:
- the e-mail service provider (Microsoft 365),
- carriers delivering your consignment (e.g. PPL, DHL) — only the data needed for delivery,
- an external accountant and tax adviser,
- public authorities, where required by law.
How long we keep data
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and for follow-up communication. Order-related data are kept for the duration of the warranty and the handling of any claims, and accounting documents for the period required by law (usually 10 years).
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to us at baterie@bakom.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
