DEYE SUN-25K-G05 three-phase grid-tied inverter 25 kW

The DEYE SUN-25K-G05 is a three-phase grid-tied (on-grid) PV inverter with a rated output power of 25 kW, designed for small to medium-sized PV installations without battery storage. The maximum DC input power is 32.5 kW, which allows sensible oversizing of the panel capacity above the inverter’s rated power.

The inverter has two independent MPP trackers with a total of 4 strings (2+2). The MPPT operating range is 200 – 1000 V and the maximum PV array input voltage is 1100 V. Input current is 26 + 26 A, short-circuit current 39 + 39 A. Panels connect via standard MC4 connectors.

Maximum efficiency reaches 98.5% and the output current is 36.2 A. The unit is three-phase and supports functions such as zero export, VSG mode, Type II DC/AC SPD protection and optional Anti-PID. Operators also get a wide output voltage range and the option of smart monitoring of individual strings.

Communication runs over RS-485, RS-232 and Wi-Fi interfaces, and monitoring can run on the DEYE smart platform, which allows remote parameter setting, firmware updates and immediate disconnection in the event of an incident. An LCD display is provided on the front panel.

The IP65-rated enclosure allows outdoor wall mounting. An operating temperature range of −25 °C to +60 °C ensures reliable operation in European conditions. It weighs 20 kg and measures 52.7 × 36.2 × 22 cm.

The inverter comes with a 5-year manufacturer's warranty. It is a purely grid-tied (on-grid) inverter – batteries cannot be connected. For hybrid installations with BAKOM battery systems, choose the DEYE SG/SG05LP3 hybrid series.
